CHAPTER 311.
AN ACT to refund to O. M. Purnell Company, of Snow Hill,
Maryland, a sum of money erroneously paid into the State
Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the State
Treasury in favor of said O. M. Purnell Company for the sum
of fifty-nine dollars and forty-eight cents, being the amount of
money erroneously paid by said company into the State Treas-
ury for return premium on canceled insurance, the same having
received the recommendation of the Treasury officials.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 407.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
Edwin G. Baetjer, W. Calvin Chesnut, William A. Wheatley
and Roger T. Gill, receivers of William J. C. Dulany Com-
pany, for supplies furnished the Executive Department, the
Court of Appeals, the Library of the State, for the year 1909,
and the General Assembly of Maryland for the Session of
1910.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer
of Maryland for the sum of three thousand eighty-seven dollars
and fifty-one cents ($3,087.51) in favor of Edwin G. Baetjer,
W. Calvin Chesnut, William A. Wheatley and Roger T. Gill,
receivers of William J. C. Dulany Company, for supplies fur-
nished the Executive "Department, the Court of Appeals, the
Library of the State for the year 1909, and the General Assem-
bly of Maryland for the Session of 1910, said supplies having
been contracted for under the provisions of Chapter 397 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1904.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
