SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 202.
AN ACT giving to the Washington and Berkeley Bridge Com-
pany, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the
State of West Virginia, the right to build a bridge over and
across the Western Maryland Railroad at or near the town
of Williamsport, Maryland, upon such terms as agreed upon
and at such clearances as agreed upon by and between the
Western Maryland Railroad Company and the Washington
and Berkeley Bridge Company.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Washington and Berkeley Bridge Company, a
corporation duly incorporated under he laws of the State of
West Virginia, shall have full authority and privilege to build a
bridge across the Western Maryland Railroad at or near the
town of Williamsport, Maryland, upon such terms and upon
such clearances as agreed upon between the Western Maryland
Railroad Company and the Washington and Berkeley Bridge
Company.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 15.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to certain deed made by persons in
the State of Maryland to the Deaconess' Board of the Gen-
eral Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United
States of America.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted
to the following deed to the Deaconess- Board of the General
Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United
States of America; to the deed from William C. Kenney and
Ida Kenney, his wife, dated second day of May, 1901, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1,899, folio 283, etc.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
