1278 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

grant from the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, to the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Cath-
olic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, a corporation
sole of the State of Maryland, of certain property situate in
Carroll county, Maryland, and described in the deed of con-
veyance from the Redemptorists, a body corporate as aforesaid,
to the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore for the time being, a corporation sole as
aforesaid, dated on the twenty-fifth day of October, in the year
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight and recorded
among the Land Records of Carroll county, Maryland, in Liber
F. T. S., No. 50, folio 305, etc.

73. To the gift, grant, deed and conveyance to the Vestry
of Mount Calvary Church of Baltimore, Maryland, from Theo-
dore Cooke and Sallie B. Cooke, his wife, dated March 7th,
1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L., No. 2564, folio 287, etc., with the right to said
Vestry of Mount Calvary Church of Baltimore, Maryland, to
hold, sell, mortgage or otherwise dispose of the same.

' 74. To the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales
and conveyances contained in last will and testament of Lydia
Catherine Shaw, late of Chestertown, Maryland, deceased, to
certain bodies corporate to and for the use of certain minister-
ial persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, de-
nominations and to certain educational institutions as herein-
after set forth: (a) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the
Chester Cemetery Company located at Chestertown, Maryland,
(b) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Chestertown
Methodist Episcopal Church of Chestertown, Maryland, (c)
To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Union Methodist
Episcopal Church at Worton, Kent county, Maryland, (d) To
the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Glynden Methodist
Episcopal Church at Glyndon, Baltimore county, Maryland.

(e) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Harlem Park
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, Maryland

(f) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Bowery Mis-
sion of New York City, conducted by Dr. Klapsch and Mrs.
Bird, (g) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Presi-
dent and Managers of the Baltimore General Dispensary of
Baltimore City, located at 651 West Lexington street, Balti-
more, Maryland, (h) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to
the Children's Fresh Air Society of Baltimore City, (i) To the
bequest of one-seventh of the residue of the estate of said Lydia
C. Shaw to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Exten-
sion Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, (j) To the
bequest of one-seventh of the residue of the estate of said Lydia
C. Shaw to the Sunday School Union of the Methodist Episco-
