PRIVATE ACTS. 1277

of ten thousand dollars: (a) That the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
given, granted and declared to the grant to the Vestry of Em-
manuel Church, Baltimore, for the endowment fund aforesaid,
by James Houston Eccleston, of five ground rents of thirty-six
dollars each, issuing, respectively, out of five lots of ground on
Hamburg street, in Baltimore, by deed dated February 5th,
1909, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber S. C. L., No. 2479, folio 201, etc., and like sanction and
consent is hereby given, granted and declared to certain other
gifts to said Vestry, by divers persons, of money and securities
for said endowment fund, of the aggregate value of twenty-two
thousand dollars or thereabouts, and to like gifts, grants, de-
vises and bequests hereafter to be made to said fund, but within
the limits fixed by the first section hereof; with full power to
said Vestry of holding, selling, leasing, conveying or otherwise
disposing of any and all property acquired under the provisions
of this Act.

70. To the devise under the last will and testament of
Theodore G. Miller, late of Baltimore county, deceased, of two
contiguous tracts of land in Baltimore county containing in the
aggregate five acres, two roods and fourteen square perches
with improvements thereon, to "To Trustees of Mt. Olive Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of Baltimore Circuit, Baltimore county
and State of Maryland," a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of Maryland, said will being duly of record in
the office of the Register of Wills of said county, and also to the
sale, grant and deed of the interest in said property, and the
estate of said Theodore G. Miller, deceased, to said body cor-
porate from Mary Ann Miller, widow of said deceased, said
deed bearing date March 17th, 1910, and of record among the
Land Records of said county.

71. That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland, be and is hereby granted and given to the sale
and grant from the Trustees of Christ's Roman Catholic
Church, near Westminster, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, to the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the said
State, of certain property situate in Carroll county, Maryland,
and described in the deed of conveyance from the Trustees of
Christ's Roman Catholic Church, near Westminster, a body
corporate of said State, to the Redemptorists, a body corporate
of said State, dated on the twentieth day of February, in the
year one thousand eight hundred and forty-nine and recorded
among the Land Records of Carroll county in the State afore-
said, in Liber J. S., No. 9, folio 528, etc.

72. That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and is hereby granted and given to the sale and
