1276 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

the Evangelical Association of North America in Baltimore
City, a corporation, dated November 19th, 1909, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 2542, folio 295, etc.; (f) 'To the bequest of fifty ($50) dol-
lars to each of the First German Evangelical Church (Cross
Street Church) contained in the last will and testament of
William H. Dill, which will is dated May 5th, 1908, and was
duly probated by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on
August 27th, 1908, and is now of record in the office of the
Register of Wills in Liber B. E. S., No. 103, folio 199, etc.; (h)
To the mortgage from Isaac Lozarow, Anna Lozarow, his wife
and the Russian Congregation B'Nai Israel of Baltimore City,
a corporation, to the German-American Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Baltimore City, to secure the repayment of the sum of
ten thousand dollars, dated March 4th, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City and among the
mortgage records of Baltimore county, in which said mortgage
there are four lots of ground, three in said city on the east side
of Lloyd street and one in Baltimore county near Southern
avenue, containing fifteen acres of land, and the use of a road
leading to said avenue, (i) To the deed from Isaac Lozarow
and Anna Lozarow, his wife, to the Russian Congregation
B'Nai Israel of Baltimore City, a corporation, dated March
4th, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, conveying to said corporation fifteen acres of land in Bal-
timore county, near Southern avenue, with the right to use a
road leading to said Southern avenue.

68. To the deed, sale, grant, release and conveyance by
Nicholas M. Smith to the Trustees of the Anshe S'phard He-
brew Congregation of Baltimore City, of all his right, title,
interest and estate, including the possibility of reverter, in, to
and out of all that lot of ground, with the improvements there-
on, described and mentioned in the deed from the said Nicholas
M. Smith to the said Trustees of the Anshe S'phard Hebrew
Congregation of Baltimore City, dated the second day of
February, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber J. B., No. 1328, folio 533, etc., and in an
agreement between the said Nicholas M. Smith and the said
Trustees of the Anshe S'phard Hebrew Congregation of Balti-
more City, dated the second day of February, 1891, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber J.
B., No. 1328, folio 535, etc.

69. That the Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, be
and it is hereby authorized and empowered to receive and hold
an endowment fund for the benefit of said church, and to in-
Test and reinvest the same from time to time; provided, that
the clear annual income of said fund shall not exceed the sum
