other from Laura Patterson et al., to the trustees of Chester
Street Methodist Episcopal Church, of the city of Baltimore,
dated February 5th, 1907, and recorded among the Land Rec
ords of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L., No. 2422, folio 70, etc.,
and to the sale or other disposition thereof.

65. To the deed, lease, grant and sale of the lots of ground
in the city of Baltimore, particularly described in a deed from
the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the North
Baltimore Station in the city of Baltimore to the Exeter Sta-
tion of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city of Balti-
more, dated August 16th, 1854, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber E. D., No. 80, folio 249, etc.,
with full power to dispose of the same.

66. To the deed, sale, grant and conveyance described in a
deed from the Baith Chesed sel Emess of Baltimore City to the
Agutas Achim Deplah Chenehov Nusach Hoaree Congregation
of Baltimore city of the lot of ground situate in Baltimore
county and more particularly described in a deed from the said
Baith Chesed sel Emess of Baltimore City to the Agutas
Achim Deplah Chenehov Nusach Hoaree Congregation of Bal-
timore City, dated the third day of March, 1909, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore county in Liber W. C.
P., No. 340, folio 404, etc.

67. To the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to the following deeds, sales, grants, mortgages and
bequests to and from certain persons and corporations for the
use of the following religious corporations herein named: (a)
To the deed from John Eager Howard to the trustees of the
Evangelical Association of the city of Baltimore, a corpora-
tion, dated July 20th, 1852, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber E. D., No. 16, folio 123, etc.;
(b) To the deed and lease from John Eager Howard to the
Trustees of the Evangelical Association of the city of Balti-
more, a corporation, dated September 24th, 1852, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber E. D., No.
20, folio 296, etc.; (c) To the deed from John J. Braun to the
Trustees of the Third German Church of the Evangelical Asso-
ciation of North America, in Baltimore City, a corporation,
dated September 15th, 1887, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber J. B., No. 1156, folio 483, etc.;
(d) To the deed from John J. Braun to the Trustees of the
Third German Church of the Evangelical Association of North
America in Baltimore City, a corporation, dated August 31st,
1897, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber R. O., No. 1691, folio 289, etc.; (e) To the deed from
Jacob S. Dyer to the Trustees of the Third German Church of
