land," of a lot of ground on the west corner of Washington and
Federal streets, in the town of Snow Hill, Worcester county,
Maryland, said deed bearing date November 12, 1898, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Worcester county in Liber
F. H. P., No. 11, folio 330, etc.
62. To the bequest and legacy of five hundred ($ 500) dollars
to the Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, as contained in
the last will and testament of the Reverend Thomas E. Patti-
son.
63. To the following gifts, grants, deeds and conveyances to
and for the use and benefit of certain religious corporations, as
herein set forth, namely: (a) To a certain gift, grant, deed and
conveyance of a certain lot of land situate in the town of
Church Hill, Queen Anne's county, State of Maryland, made by
James O. Rolph and Jennie V. Rolph, his wife, to the Board of
Trustees of Trinity Presbyterian Church, at Church Hill,
Queen Anne's county, Maryland, a corporation, said deed being
dated the 4th day of January, A. D. 1894, and recorded in Liber
L. D., No. 2, folio 424, a land record book of Queen Anne's
county; (b) A gift, grant, deed and conveyance of the said
lands first herein mentioned, made by the Board of Trustees of
Trinity Presbyterian Church, at Church Hill, Queen Anne's
county, Maryland, the corporation above mentioned, to the
Board of the Church Erection Fund of the General Assembly
of the Presbyterian Church of the United States of America,
corporation, said deed being dated the 3rd day of July, A. D.
1906, and recorded in Liber S. S., No. 2, folio 28, a land record
book of Queen Anne's county; (c) To a gift, grant, deed and
conveyance of the lands above mentioned, made by William C.
Palmatory and Sarah G. Palmatory, his wife, to the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church at Church Hill, Maryland,
a corporation, said deed being dated the 7th day of July, A.
D. 1909, and recorded in Liber S. S., No. 6, folio 557. a land
record book of Queen Anne's county.
64. To the deed, lease, grant and sale of the lot of ground
and premises situate in the city of Baltimore, State of Mary-
land, particularly described in two deeds, one from Joseph W.
Patterson et al., to Christopher Vincent et al., dated Decem-
