PRIVATE ACTS. 1273

berry street, and particularly described (1) in the deed of Chas.
E. Spalding and wife to James Erhard, dated April 22, 1897,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber R. O., No. 1670, folio 487, etc., and (2) in the deed of
James Brummel and wife to James Erhard, dated July 1, 1879,
and recorded, as aforesaid, in Liber F. A. P., No. 844, folio 394,
etc.; (b) A bequest to the said New Windsor Presbyterian
Church of Carroll county, Maryland, of ten shares of the capital
stock of the First National Bank of New Windsor, a body cor-
porate, according to the tenth paragraph of the last will and
testament of said Margaret Erhard, deceased; (c) A devise to
the trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Win-
ters Church, a body corporate, of the State of Maryland, lo-
cated at New Windsor, Carroll county, Maryland, and common-
ly known as St. Luke's Winters Evangelical Church of Carroll
county, of all that lot or parcel of land, with improvements
thereon, situated in Baltimore City and known as No. 1026
Vincent alley, and particularly described in the deed of J.
Winfield Snader, executor, to James Erhard, dated April 15,
1889, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber J. B., No. 1252, folio 341, etc.; (d) A bequest to the
trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Winters
Church, a body corporate, as aforesaid, of the sum of five hun-
dred ($500) dollars; (e) A devise to the trustees of St. Paul's
Methodist Episcopal Church of New Windsor Circuit, New
Windsor, Carroll county, State of Maryland, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, located at New Windsor, Carroll
county, in the State of Maryland, and commonly known as St.
Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church of New Windsor Circuit,
of all that lot or parcel of land situated in the city of Balti-
more, with the improvements thereon, and known as No. 2016
Payson street, and particularly described in the deed of Boston
Fear and wife to James Erhard, dated May 23, 1893, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber J.
B., No. 1447, folio 289, etc.; (f) A devise to the said New
Windsor Presbyterian Church of Carroll county, Maryland, of
all that lot or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon,
situated in Baltimore City and known as No. 1024 Vincent
alley, and particularly described in the deed of Elwood E.
Snader and wife to James Erhard, dated June 4, 1886, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber J.
B., No. 1102, folio 174, etc.

60. To the following bequests to and for the use of certain
religious corporations as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of William Bowen, of William, late of Worcester county,
deceased, namely: (a) To the bequest of three thousand
($3,000) dollars to "The Trustees of Bowen Methodist Episco-
