deed in said corporation, its successors and assigns, to its own,
and their own use and behoof.

42. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
containing about 28,344 square feet of land, situate on the
north side of the Branchville road, near Branchville, in Vans-
ville District, Prince George's county, to Haddaway Chapel
Methodist Episcopal Church South, a religious congregation of
said county duly incorporated under the laws of this State, said
sale, grant and deed having been made to said corporation by
the late Pinkney A. Scaggs during his lifetime and consum-
mated since his decease by a deed in fee simple executed and
delivered by Charles H. Stanley and Herbert L. Larrick, trus-
tees, pursuant to authority of an order of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's county, passed in the cause of Rosa E. Scaggs
and others, against Marion Ducket, administrator, which deed
is dated the 7th day of August, 1908, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Prince George's county on the 22nd day of;
October, 1908, in Liber No. 48, folio 178, and that fee simple
title to said land vest, pursuant to said deed, absolutely in said
corporation, its successors and assigns, to its own and their
own use and behoof.

43. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of a ground,
containing one acre of land, situate in the Third Election Dis-
trict of Anne Arundel county, to "Piney Grove Methodist Epis-
copal Church, South," a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, by R. Jennie Speers, by her deed dated the 7th day of
June, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel county on the 12th day of June, 1909, in Liber G. W.,
No. 71, folio 57, and that said corporation, its successors and
assigns, have absolute fee simple title in and to said lot to its
own and their own use and behoof.

44. To the sale, grant and deed from Isaac Grolman to the
Rodfe Zadek Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, dated July 23, 1909, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 2516, folio 127.

45. To the gift, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain lot
of land situate in the town of Centreville, Queen Anne's county,
State of Maryland, made by James Marryatt and Adeline
Marryatt, his wife, to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in Queen
Anne's county, in the State of Maryland, a body corporate, said
deed being dated the 31st day of August, A. D. 1878, and re-
corded in Liber J. W., No. 8, folio 413, a Land Record Book of
Queen Anne's county aforesaid.

46. To the devise and bequest to the St. Anthony's German
Orphan Asylum in Baltimore City, contained in the last will"
