and testament of Maria or Mary Magdalena Feihe, dated No-
vember 27, 1900, and probated by the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more City on January 8, 1903, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber S. R. M., No. 90
folio 133.

47. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Robert H. Paine, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
admitted to probate June 12, 1908: (a) A bequest of three hun-
dred ($300) dollars to the convention of the Protestant Episco-
pal Church of the Diocese of Maryland; (b) A bequest of four
hundred ($400) dollars, to the Home of the All Saints Sisters
of the Poor of Baltimore City; (c) A bequest of all the rest,
residue and remainder of the estate of the said Robert H. Paine,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, real, personal and mixed, to
the Vestry of Mt. Calvary Church, in the city of Baltimore.

48. To the bequests to the First English Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Baltimore City, and to the Vestry of the Church
of the Holy Cross of Baltimore City, contained in the last will
and testament of Warren H. Sadler, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased.

49. To the bequests contained in the last will and codicils
thereto of Richard T. Allison, late of Baltimore county, de-
ceased, to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland.

50. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple by Wilton
Snowden and Adela B. Snowden, his wife, to- the Vestry of
Grace Church, of a lot of ground situated on the east side of
Park avenue in the city of Baltimore in the State of Maryland,
120 feet south of Madison street and fronting 40 feet on Park
avenue, with a depth of 150 feet to Plover alley, and which is
described in a deed bearing date of June 5, 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No.
2244, folio 121.

51. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Hannah Shipley, late of Carroll county, deceased,
of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Carroll county
in Wills Liber J. J. S., No. 10, folio 246, etc., that is to say: (a)
A bequest of one hundred ($100) dollars to the "Trustees of
the Linganore Cemetery Company," at Unionville, Frederick
county, in the State of Maryland; (b) A bequest of the residue
of the estate of the said Hannah Shipley to the "Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church known as Linganore Chapel, lo-
cated at Unionville, Frederick county, in the State of Mary-
land," amounting to the sum of seven hundred and twenty-eight
dollars and eight cents (f728.08), as shown by the first and
final account of Jesse Nicodemus, executor of said Hannah
