the Land Records of Baltimore county on the 31st day of Jan-
uary, 1910, and that said corporation, its successors and as-
signs, have absolute fee simple title in and to said land to its
own and their own use and behoof.

37. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of James L. Gemmill, of the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dol-
lars to the trustees of Mount Zion Methodist Protestant
Church, in trust, to be invested by them and the income arising
therefrom used for the use and benefit of the minister's salary
who may officiate as a minister of the Gospel at said church,
according to the terms of the last will and testament of the
said James L. Gemmill, and the agreement of heirs therein set
forth, which said will has been admitted to probate in the Or-
phans' Court of Baltimore county and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of said county in Liber W. J. P., No. 15,
folio 376, etc.

38. To the deed and conveyance of ten acres of land, more
or less, lying and situate in the Third Election District of Bal-
timore county, from John H. Wight and Esther Cox Wight,
his wife, to the Vestry of St. Thomas' Church, of Baltimore
county, a body corporate, said deed being dated September 3,
1902, and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
county in Liber N. B. M., No. 464, folio 210, etc.

39. To the bequest of fifteen (15) shares of the stock of the
Third National Bank of Baltimore, under Item 2 of the last
will and testament of Levi Ferguson, late of Baltimore county,
Maryland, deceased, to John H. Blakely, steward of Perry
Hall M. E. Church, South, and his successors in office, in trust,
the dividend to be devoted to the payment of the pastor's salary
of the above named church.

40. To the bequest of four (4) shares of the stock of the
Third National Bank of Baltimore under Item 3 of the last will
and testament of Levi Ferguson, late of Baltimore county,
Maryland, deceased, to John H. Blakely, steward of Perry Hall
M. E. Church, South, and his successors in office, in trust, the
dividend to be devoted to the repairs of the above-named church
and the keeping in order of the cemetery attached thereto.

41. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple of a certain lot
of ground, containing about 22,624 square feet, situate at the
southeast corner of Charles Street avenue and University Park-
way, in Baltimore City, to the "Board of Church Extension of
the Methodist Episcopal Church, South," a body corporate,
duly incorporated by the State of Kentucky, by James D. Cot-
ter, by his deed in fee simple, dated the 25th day of October,
1909, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
on the 25th day of October, 1909, in Liber S. C. L., No. 2536,
