ington county, deceased, unto the Church of the Brethren, in
corporated, at Licking Creek at the mouth of the Little Cove,
for church or graveyard.

12. To the bequest of one hundred ($ 100) dollars contained
in the last will and testament of Adam J. Miller, late of Wash
ington county, .deceased, unto Trinity Evangelical Luthern
Church of Boonsboro, Maryland, of which sum of one hundred
($ 100) dollars, fifteen ($ 15) dollars shall be applied to the use
of the choir of said church.

13. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary L. McLaughlin, late of Washington county,
deceased, to wit: (a) To the bequest of fifteen hundred
($ 1,500) dollars unto St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hagers-
town, Maryland, to be expended by the said church in .the erec-
tion of a marble altar in said church; (b) To the bequest of
five hundred ($500) dollars unto the said St. Mary's Catholic
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be expended by the said
church in the purchase of vestments for use of said church; (c)
To the bequest of one-fourth of the rest and residue of testa
trix's estate unto St. Joseph's School, located in Hagerstown,
Maryland; (d) To the bequest of one-fourth of the rest and
residue of testatrix's estate unto the Little Sisters of the Poor,
located at Valley street, in Baltimore, Md.; (e) To the bequest
of one-fourth of the rest and residue of testatrix's estate unto
the pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church, of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, for masses for the repose of testatrix's soul and for the
repose of the souls of her father and mother; (f) To the be-
quest of one-fourth of the rest and residue of testatrix's estate
unto St. Charles College, located near Ellicott City, Maryland.

14. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Marsina J. Wyand, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, to wit: (a) To the bequest of all testatrix's bed cloth-
ing, blankets, comforts, sheets, bed linen, spreads, etc., except
the bed clothing for one bed, unto the Home and Foreign Mis-
sionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the
United States; (b) To the bequest of one-third of all the rest
and residue of testatrix's estate unto the Home and Foreign
Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the
United State; (c) To the bequest of one-third of all the rest
and residue of testatrix's estate unto the trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church at Funkstown. Washington county,
Maryland, in trust to be invested by the said trustees and the
income therefrom to be used in the payment or in aid of the
payment of the salary of a minister for said Methodist Episco-
pal Church at said Funkstown; provided, nevertheless, that if
the said trustees of the said church at Funkstown or the said
church or its congregation shall fail to have a minister in
