to be invested and the proceeds to be used for the Manor
Church.

6. To the bequest of two thousand ($2,000) contained in the
last will and testament of Charles B. Wolfinger, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, unto the Council of St. Paul's Luth-
eran Church of Leitersburg, Maryland, and to their successors
and assigns forever, to be safely invested by the said Luthern
Church Council in good real estate security or other good in-
vestments, the interest accruing from said two thousand dollars
to be expended by the said Church Council in repairing the
fences and keeping in order the general yards connected with
the said church and especially the Testator's grave lot in the
same.

7. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Samuel McCreery, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, to wit: (a) To the bequest of five hundred ($500) dol-
lars unto the trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church
of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be expended by them in the pay-
ment of the church debt; (b) To the bequest of five hundred
($500) dollars unto the trustees of Washington Square Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be ex-
pended by them in payment of the church debt.

8. To the bequest of twenty shares of the capital stock of
the Victor Remedies Company, of Frederick, Maryland, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Sarah Rudisill, late of
Washington county, deceased, unto the Southern end of the
Beaver Creek Congregation of the German Baptist Brethern
Church, the dividends of which are to be paid unto the Treas-
urer of the Southern end of the Beaver Creek Congregation of
the German Baptist Brethren Church to be used for current
expenses. In case the Victor Remedies Company should be dis-
solved, the said twenty shares of stock shall be reduqed to
money and said money shall be invested by said congregation
in some other way for the benefit of the church.

9. To the bequest of twenty ($20) dollars contained in the
last will and testament of William H. Spielman, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, unto the Zions Reformed Church of
Hagerstown, Maryland, the interest of said sum to be applied
in keeping in repair the burial lot in which testator's grand-
father and grandmother are buried.

10. To the bequest of two hundred ($200) dollars contained
in the last will and testament of Eli Yourtee, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, unto the General Mission Board of the
Church of the Brethren.

11. To the bequest of twenty-five ($25) dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Joseph H. Price, late of Wash-
