charge of the said church to hold the regular and usual church
services, then in such event of failure the said sum given and
bequeathed in trust to the said trustees shall cease to be held
by them; and in such event of failure the bequest is revoked
and cancelled and shall become null and void, and the trust of
the money aforesaid shall cease, determine and be ended and
the said sum of money shall thereupon and thereafter pass to,
become and belong to the trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Epis-
copal Church in Hagerstown, Maryland, to be used by them for
church purposes as the said trustees of the said St. Paul's
Church may deem best.

15. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary A. P. Cosgrove, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills of said city, January, 1910,
to the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore the sum
of twenty-five hundred ($2,500) dollars, to be devoted to the
erection of a memorial altar to the said Mary A. P. Cosgrove,
which altar shall be erected according to the judgment of, and
located in a church to be selected by, the Rev. Thomas J.
Kenny, the present assistant pastor of St. Mary's Star of the
Sea Catholic Church.

16. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary A. P. Cosgrove, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills of said city, January, 1910,
to the Rev. Thomas J. Kenny the sum of two thousand ($2,000)
dollars.

17. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary A. P. Cosgrove, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills of said city, January, 1910,
to the Sisters of Mercy in the city of Baltimore for the use of
St. Agnes' Convent, located at Mount Washington in Baltimore
county, Maryland, the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars,
recommended that said sum be applied toward the erection of
a chapel by said convent.

18. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary A. P. Cosgrove, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills of said city, January,
1910, to the Most Reverend Archbishop of Baltimore the sum
of ten thousand ($ 10,000) dollars absolutely.

19. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary A. P. Cosgrove, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of rec-
