thence southerly, binding on the east side of Cathedral street
thirty-two feet, thence easterly parallel with Oliver street nine-
ty-four feet and four inches until it interesects a line drawn
southerly at right angles from the south side of Oliver street
from a point easterly one hundred feet from the place of be-
ginning, thence reversing said line northerly at right angles to
Oliver street thirty-one feet six inches to the south side of
Oliver street and thence westerly binding on the south side of
Oliver street one hundred feet to the place of beginning.

86. To the deed and conveyance made on the 19th day of
October, 1909, by the Trustees of the Asbury Church and Par-
sonage of Severn Circuit Methodist Episcopal Church, South,
of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, parties of the first part,
and the Maryland Baptist Union Association, party of the sec-
ond part to Walter Whittington of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, party of the third part of a certain lot of ground
lying in the Third Election District of Anne Arundel County,
containing three roods and thirty-four perches of land, more
or less, which deed is duly recorded among the Land Records
of Anne Arundel County.

87. To the deed from Martin W. Gates and wife to James
Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore and his successors
in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore according to the dis-
cipline of the Roman Catholic Church of twenty acres of
ground in the Sixth Election District of St. Mary's County,
Maryland, by deed dated August 14, 1906, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of St. Mary's County aforesaid.

88. To the deed from Enoch Able to James Cardinal Gib-
bons, Archbishop of Baltimore, and his successors in the Arch-
iepiscopal See of Baltimore according to the discipline of the
Roman Catholic Church of one and one-half acres of land in
Leonardtown, St. Mary's County, Maryland, for cemetery pur-
poses; said deed dated March, 1910, and recorded among the
Land Records of St. Mary's County aforesaid.

89. To the deed of about one hundred and ten acres of land
in the district of Leonardtown, St. Mary's County, Maryland,
sold November, 1908, by Mrs. Susan Combs Locker to the cor-
poration of Roman Catholic clergyman, same being the Thorn-
ley Manor and barn to be used for a boys college known as
Leonard Hall, said deed duly of record among the Land Rec-
ords of Saint Mary's County aforesaid.

90. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Edward J. Codd, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
said will being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Will Liber B. E. S., No. 104, folio 436: (a) a
bequest of $300.00 to Dolan Aid Asylum; (b) a bequest of
$100.00 to Saint Patrick Orphan Asylum; (c) a bequest of
