1256 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

A. D. 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Frederick
County, Maryland, in Liber S. J. H., No. 290, folio 521, etc.

83. To the lease dated December 24th, 1877, and recorded
among Land Records of Baltimore in Liber G. R., No. 797, folio
133, etc., from Laura Patterson and others to Hiram Woods
others, Trustees of the Fuller Memorial Baptist Chapel of Bal-
timore City of a lot situated in said city at the southeast corner
of Patterson avenue and Calhoun street, having a front east-
erly on the south side of Patterson avenue of thirty-five feet
and a depth southerly of even width and binding on Calhoun
street of one hundred and ten feet to the north side of a ten
foot alley and to the sundry conveyance thereafter whereby
said property became vested in John M. Beckett and others
Trustees and their successors for the use of the African Metho-
dist Episcopal Church in the United States of America, deeded
to them dated August 4th, 1897, and recorded among the Land
Records in Liber R. O., No. 1687, folio 253, etc., from the Balti-
more Baptist Church Extension Society, and that said John
W. Beckett and others named in said last mentioned deed as
such Trustees or their successors or the survivors or survivor
of them or their said successors or the said African Methodist
Episcopal Church in the United States of America for which
they are Trustees may convey said lot to the said "The Trustees
of the Payne Memorial African Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate of the said State of Mary
land."

84. To the deed from Benjamin F. Watson et al., Washing-
ton, D. C., to the Board of the Church Extension Society of the
Methodist Episcopal Church a corporation under the laws of
Pennsylvania of certain property mentioned in said deed, lo-
cated in the First Election District of Anne Arundel County,
and fully described in said deed which is recorded among the
Land Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber G. W., No. 75,
folio 100, etc., of the Land Records of Anne Arundel County.

85. To the following: (a) To the leasehold interest conveyed
by Ellen E. Cross and Mary G. Cover to First Church of Christ
Scientist of Baltimore City by deed dated January 20th, 1909,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L., No. 2475, folio 343, etc. (b) To the fee conveyed
in said property by Joseph Elliott Gilpin and Olive R. Gilpin,
his wife, and Otto C. Nordhoff and Elsie O. Nordhoff, his wife,
to First Church of Christ Scientist, of Baltimore City, by deed
dated March 24th, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 2487, folio 479, etc.,
said lot being described as follows: Beginning for the same at
the corner formed by the intersection of the east side of Cathe-
dral street with the south side of Oliver street, and running
