testament of Thomas W. Koogle, duly probated and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County,
Maryland.

75. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Ephriaim March, late of Frederick County, Maryland, de-
ceased, to the Trustees of Oterbin United Brethren Church of
Middletown, Maryland, in the following language: "All the
rest and residue of my estate I give and bequeath unto the
Trustees of Ottenbein United Brethren Church of Middletown,
Maryland, to be used by said Trustees for such purpose or pur-
poses as they or their successors in office may deem best."

76. To the deed from Emma E. Chalmers and husband to
the Ministers and Trustees of St. John's Methodist Protestant
Church of Baltimore, dated March 9th, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 2565, folio 134, etc., conveying property in Baltimore City.

77. To the sub-lease from Dominio Eberle to the Trustees of
the Aisquith Street Presbyterian Church of the City of Balti-
more, dated June 2nd, 1902, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 1962, folio 538.

78. To the deed from the Baltic Permanent Building and
Loan Association of Baltimore City, a body corporate, to the
Trustees of the Aisquith Street Presbyterian Church of the
City of Baltimore, dated June 2nd, 1902, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O., No. 1962,
folio 223, conveying property in Baltimore City.

79. To the deed from Thomas Brooks and Ellen Brooks, his
wife, to the Trustees of the Asquith Street Presbyterian Church
of the City of Baltimore, dated December 27th, 1906, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R.
O. 2298, folio 408, conveying land in Baltimore City.

80. To the bequest of John C. McElevee, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of one thousand dollars to the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City.

81. To the devise of a certain parcel of land contained in the
last will and testament of Isiah Mercer, Senior, late of Howard
County, deceased, to the Trustees of Emory Chaple of the
Methodist Episcopal Church at Ellicott City, Maryland, said
will bearing date the 26th day of November, 1856, and recorded
among the Will Records of said Howard County in Wills Liber
W. G., No. 1, folio 398, etc.

82. To the deed and grant to the Maryland and Virginia
Eldership of the churches of God, a body corporate of the prop-
erty mentioned and described in the deed of conveyance from
Samuel B. Craft and wife, Milton H. Plum and wife, and Wil-
liam H. Engler and wife, dated on the fourteenth day of March,
