ords of said Charles County in Liber B. G. S., No. 3, folio 134,
etc. (b) To the bequest made to the Vestry of Durham Parish
by the will of Elizabeth Gray, said will being recorded among
Will Records of said Charles County in Liber J. S., No. 17,
folio 210.

72. To the grants, conformation, conveyance of a lot of
land containing five acres more or less, situated in Charles
County, by deed of William Ringgold Wilmer and wife to the
Vestry of Port Tobacco Parish, one of the Vestries of the Prot-
estant Episcopal Church in the State of Maryland, by deed
dated March 7th, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records
of said Charles County in Liber H. C. C., No. 21, folio 283, one
of the Land Records of said Charles County for the purposes of
maintaining and building a church and other church buildings
thereupon, and for use as a burial ground or cemetery and for
no other purposes or uses whatsoever.

73. To the lease dated November 30th, 1880, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber F. N. P.,
No. 885, folio 87, etc., from John F. Goucher and wife to the
Trustees of the Harlem Park Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City of a certain lot on the west side of Gilmore
street, Baltimore, Maryland, and more particularly described
as follows: Beginning for the same on the west side of Gilmore
street at a point distant one hundred and ninety-one feet, six
inches northerly from the northeast corner of Gilmore street
and Edmonson avenue, and at the end of the first line of a lot
in a deed from Columbus Shipley and others to a certain
Margaret A. Stephenson, dated March 11th, 1879, and recorded
in Liber F. A. P., No. 835, folio 339, etc., and running thence
southerly, bounding on the west side of Gilmore street sixty-
one feet, thence westerly parallel with Edmonson avenue one
hundred and fifty-six feet, ten and one-half inches to an alley
twenty-six feet wide, thence northerly, bounding on the east
side of said alley sixty-one feet to the south line of said lot
sold to Stephenson, and thence easterly bounding on said lot
by a straight line to the place of beginning, said lot being sub-
ject however to the restriction of houses to be built thereon to
be set back five feet from the building line and to the deed dated
March 13th, 1885, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber J. B., 1041, folio 338, etc., from the
Trustees of the Education Fund of the Baltimore Annual Con-
ference to the Trustees of the Harlem Park Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Baltimore City wherein the reversion of the prop-
erty described above was acquired.

74. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the
Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Zion, Middletown,
Frederick County,. Maryland, contained in the last will and
