Charles M. Kelley, executor of the last will and testament of
Mary Daily, deceased, to the Protectors of Saint Mary's Or-
phatine Female Asylum, Saint Vincent's Infants Asylum and
the Little Sisters of the Poor by deed dated June 24th, 1902.
and recorded in Liber R. O. No. 1964, folio 408, etc., one of the
Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.
66. To the devise and bequest as contained in the last will
and testament of Mrs. Mary Ennis to the Most Reverend James
Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time
being and his successors in the Archiscopal See of Baltimore,
according to the discipline of the Roman Catholic Church, a
corporation sale, of all the rest and residue of her property.
67. To the grant and conveyance of a certain lot of ground
on the west side of North Eutaw street, fronting on the west
side of Eutaw street fourteen feet, and extending back westerly
with an even width for a depth of fifty-seven feet with the im-
provements thereon and all the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing made by Harry M. Benzenger, executor of the last will
and testament of Mary Ennis, deceased, to the Most Reverend
James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for
the time being and his successors in the Archiepiscopal See of
Baltimore, acording to the discipline of the Roman Catholic
Church, a corporation sale by deed dated July 23rd, A. D.
1909, and recorded in Liber S. C. L., No. 2515, folio 395, etc.,
one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.
68. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mrs. Mary Daily to the Protectors of St. Mary's Or-
phaline Female Asylum, Saint Vincent's Infant Asylum and
the Little Sisters of the Poor, said will being duly probated in
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, July 2nd, A. D. 1901.
69. To the deed from the Union Stock Company of Balti-
more County to the Trustees of the Third Congregation of the
Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts of Balti-
more, dated June 22nd, 1909, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C., 344, folio 551,
etc.
70. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of George W. Burroughs, late of Saint. Mary's County, de-
ceased, executed on the 11th day of January, 1910, to the Ves-
try of all Faith Protestant Episcopal Church, situated in
Saint Mary's County, Maryland.
71. To the following: (a) To the sale grant and deed by
Thomas C. Price and Ellen M. Price, his wife, to the Vestry of
Durham Parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church in Charles
County, Maryland, dated July twentieth, in the year eighteen
