Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber A. M. No. 292, folio
138, etc., conveying property in Baltimore City.

61. To the sale, grant and deed by Thomas C. Price and
Ellen M. Price, his wife, to the Vestry of Durham Parish of
the Protestant Episcopal Church in Charles County, Maryland,
dated July 20, 1878, and recorded among the Land Records of
Charles County, in Liber B. G. S. No. 3, folio 134, etc.

62. To the bequest contained in the will of Elizabeth Gray
to the Vestry of Durham Parish of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in Charles County, Maryland, said will being recorded
among the will records of said Charles County in Liber J. S.
No. 17, folio 210, etc.

63. To the following sale and deeds to and for the use of the
Trustees of Sexton Methodist Episcopal Church of the Thir
teenth Election District of Baltimore County, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland: (a) To the sale and deed in fee sim-
ple from Sarah E. Kieffer and George S. Kieffer to the Trustees
of Sexton Methodist Episcopal Church, of the Thirteenth Elec-
tion District of Baltimore County, Maryland, of certain real
estate in said county, said deed being dated the 8th day of Au-
gust, 1900, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County, in Liber N. B. M. No. 249, folio 317, etc. (b) To the
sale and deed in fee simple from Sarah E. Kieffer and George
S. Kieffer, trustees to said body corporate, of certain real es-
tate in said county, dated Dec. 5th, 1908, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber W. P. C. No.
340, folio 232, etc.

64. To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at the southeast corner of E. North avenue, and Hope
street fronting on the south side of North avenue about sixty-
five and one-half feet, extending southerly with an even width
or nearly so for an average depth of about eighty-four feet to
the northeast side of an alley twenty feet wide.with the improve-
ments thereon and all the appurtenances thereunto building
made by the Associate Congregational Church of Baltimore to
the First Spiritual Church of Baltimore for the use and benefit
of said church by deed dated August 26th, A. D. 1908, and re-
corded in Liber S. C. L., No. 2445, folio 209, etc., one of the
Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.

65. To the grant and conveyance of a certain lot of ground
on the south side of West Lombard street fourteen feet west of
Cory street, fronting on the south side of Lombard street west-
erly sixteen feet, and extending back southerly with an even
width for depth of fifty-four feet with the improvements there-
on, and all the appurtenances thereunto belonging made by
