B. M. No. 272, folio 152, etc., said lot containing about seven
and one-half acres of land more or less.

56. To the grant and conveyance by the Baith Chesel sel
Emess of Baltimore City to the Agubas Actrin Deplah Chene-
hov Nusach House Congregation of Baltimore City of the lot
of ground situated in Baltimore County and described in a deed
from the said the Baith Chesel sel Emess of Baltimore City to
the said Augutas Actrin Deplash Chenehov Nusach House Con-
gregation of Baltimore City, dated March 3rd, 1909, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. P. C. No. 340, folio 404, etc.

57. To the grant and deed by James H. Smith and wife to
the Trinity Reformed Church of Baltimore, a corporation,
dated June 14, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber R. O. No. 2247, folio 454, etc., convey-
ing a lot of ground in the City of Baltimore, in what is known
as the village of Hampden, and described in said deed.

58. To the grant, conveyance and release by Nicholas M.
Smith to the Trustees of the Anshe Spbard Hebrew Congrega-
tion of Baltimore City of all his right, title, interest and estate
including the possibility of reverter in, to and out of all that
lot of ground, with the improvements thereon described and
mentioned in the deed from said Nicholas M. Smith to the said
Trustees of the Anshe Spbard Hebrew Congregation of Balti-
more City, dated February 2nd, 1891, recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1328, folio 533,
etc., and in an agreement between the said Nicholas M. Smith
and the said the Trustees of Anshe Spbard Hebrew Congrega-
tion of Baltimore City, dated the 2nd day of February, 1891,
and recorded among the Land Records of said city, in Liber J.
B. No. 1328, folio 535, etc.

59. To the sale and grant of a certain lot of ground situate
in Riverdale, Prince George's County, State of Maryland, to the
Trustees of the Riverdale Presbyterian Church of Riverdale
Prince George's County, Maryland, a body corporate, by Frank
L. Middleton, trustee, by deed dated April 21, 1905, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Prince George's County, in
Liber No. 24, folio 102, etc., and known as part of lot No. 10,
in block No. 34 of the sub-division known as "Riverdale Park"
as per plat duly recorded among said Land Records, and being
the same property described in si deed from William H. Con-
nell to the said Frank L. Middleton, trustee, dated April 29th,
1901, and recorded in Liber No. 3, folio 479, etc., one of said
Land Records.

60. To the deed from John S. Donnell et al. to the Third
Church of the United Brethern in Christ, a body corporate,
