20. To the bequest to the Trustees of God's Bible School
and Missionary Training Home of Cincinnati, Ohio, contained
in the last will and testament of J. H. B. Mahaney, dated Sep-
tember 4th, 1907, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Allegany County in Wills, Liber No. 1, folio 430, etc.;
which bequest is as follows: "I will and bequeath to the Trus-
tees of God's Bible School and Missionary Training Home of
Cincinnati, Ohio, the sum of five thousand dollars, to be used
in Foreign Missionary Work.
21. To the deed and conveyance from George J. G. Kromer,
trustee, to the vestry of the church of St. Michaels and All
Angels, of a lot of ground in the city of Baltimore, on the north-
east side of Huntington avenue, between Twenty-ninth and
Thirtieth streets, at the northwest side of an alley distant sixty
feet more or less, north from Twenty-ninth street, and running
thence northwesterly on the northeast side of Huntington ave-
nue, sixty feet, with an even rectangular depth northeasterly of
one hundred and sixty feet to west side of a twenty-foot alley,
said deed bearing date June 12th, 1902, and recorded among
, the Lands Records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O. No. 1968,
folio 102, etc.
22. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament and codicils thereto of Emma C. Meredith, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, duly admitted to probate and of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City: (a)
A bequest of five hundred dollars to the Board of Home Mis-
sions of the First Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City; (b)
A bequest of five hundred dollars to the Board of Foreign Mis-
sions of the First Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City.
23. To the acquisition, holding and disposition thereof by
deed, mortgage or in any other manner by the Trustees of the
Zion Church of the city of Baltimore, a body corporate, and its
successors, of a certain leasehold lot of ground and improve
ments, heretofore purchased, situated and lying in the city of
Baltimore, on the south side of west Lanvale street, known as
