PRIVATE ACTS. 1241

Church at Pocomoke City, Maryland, as contained in the last
will and testament of Mary E. O'Dell, late of the city of St
Louis, State of Missouri, deceased.

15. To the bequest of two hundred and thirty-six dollars
and seventy-seven cents to the Trustees of the Methodist Prot-
estant Church at Walkersville, Frederick county, Maryland,
commonly known and described as Shile Methodist Protestant
Church, as contained in the last will and testament of Eliza
beth Gates, late of Frederick county, deceased, said will being
dated April 16, 1906, and duly recorded in Liber W. B. C. No.
1, folio 458, etc., one of the record books for the recording of
wills in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick county.

16. To the following sales, deeds, grants and conveyances

made to the Trustees of Immanuel Methodist Episcopal Church
of Crisfield, Maryland, a religious corporation, of certain real
estate lying and being in the town of Crisfield, Somerset coun-
ty, Maryland: (a) To a deed from Olivia G. Riggin, bearing
date September 18th, 1908, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Somerset county in Liber S. T. D. No. 49, folio 305, etc.
(b) To a deed from Chas. F. Richardson and wife bearing date
May 22nd, 1909, and recorded among said Land Records in
Liber S. F. D. No. 52, folio 50, etc. (c) To a deed from
Charles F. Richardson and wife and others bearing date Jan-
uary 9th, 1909, and recorded among said land records in Liber
S. F. D. No. 53, folio 147, etc., with full power to said corpora-
tion to hold said real estate in fee simple, and to sell, dispose,
mortgage or lease the same or any part of the same.

17. To the sale, gift, grant and deed to the Trustees of the
Baptist Church at Rockville, a body corporate, from Spencer
C. Jones, bearing date the 7th day of February, 1908. and re-
corded among the Land Records of Montgomery county, Mary
land, on the 12th day of March, 1908, in Liber J. L. B. No. 198.
folio 21, etc.

18. To the gift and devise contained in the last will and tes-
tament of Sarah R. Lambert, late of Carroll county, Maryland,
deceased, dated January 19th, 1894, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills for Carroll county, in Liber J. J. S.
No. 10, folio 313, etc., to wit: Five shares of the capital stock
of the Carroll County Savings Bank of Uniontown, Maryland,
unto the Trustees of the Church of God in Uniontown, Carroll
county, Maryland.

19. To the following deeds from certain persons to the Con-
vention of the Prostestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland: (a) A deed from W. Claggett Emory, dated the 7th
day of September, 1904, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. 2095, folio 122, etc. (b) A
