No. 1023 W. Lanvale street and particularly described in a
deed from Edward W. Baker to said body corporate, dated
February 6th, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 2478, folio 488 et seq.
24. To the gift and bequest contained in the "last will and
testament of Sarah C. E. Daugherty, late of Frederick county,
deceased, of one hundred dollars to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Frederick county, Maryland, located at Frederick
City, which said last will was duly admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court of said county.
25. To the bequest of twenty dollars annually, for a period
of twenty years, to the vestry of the church of the Holy Cross
of Baltimore City, contained in the last will and testament of
Warren H. Sadler of Baltimore City, deceased, said will being
duly probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of said city in
Wills, Liber B. E. S. No. 104, folio 80, etc. And to the deed
from Emily Kratz, of Baltimore City, to the evstry of the
church of the Holy Cross of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
said deed bearing date the 22nd day of October, 1098, and re-
corded among the Lands Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2457, folio 394, etc.
26. To the following deeds: (a) A deed from Patrick F.
Healy to the corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergyman,
dated May 18th, 1905, and recorded among the Lands Records
of Charles county, in Liber F. D. M., No. 16, folio 391. (b)
A deed from Edward E. Perkins and wife and others to the cor-
poration of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, dated the 17th day
of August, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of
Prince George's county, in Liber No. 37, folio 385. (e) A
deed from Ferdenand Muth to the corporation of the Roman
Catholic Clergyman, dated March 26th, 1908, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 2411, folio 299. (d) A deed from Susie E. Loker et al. to
the corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergyman, dated July
18, 1908, and recorded among the Land Records of St. Mary's
county, in Liber E. B. A. No. 7, folio 245.
27. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of James Neal, late of St. Mary's county, deceased, dated
the 28th day of July, 1908, and probated in the Orphans' Court
of St. Mary's County, and of record in the office of the Register
of Wills of said county, to Reverend Lawrence J. Kelly, S. J.
Pastor, the sum of seven hundred dollars, to be used according
to his own discretion, or to his successor in charge.
