1238 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

of Frederick City, Maryland, a body corporate, of all that lot
or parcel of land and improvements thereon, situated, lying and
being in the City of Frederick, in Frederick county, Maryland,
which is more particularly described in a deed, dated the
twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
eight, and recorded among the land records of said Frederick
county, Maryland, in Liber S. T. H. No. 284, folio 504, etc., and
to the holding and disposing of the same according to law by
the said body corporate.

3. To bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Susan Walls, late of Cecil County, deceased, to the Presby
terian Church of Port Deposit, Maryland.

4. To the following bequests passing under the last will and
testament of Mary O'Connell, late of Baltimore City, deceased:
(a) A bequest of five hundred dollars to George W- Devine to
be applied to the payment of the debt of St. John's Church, of
which he is pastor, (b) A bequest of five hundred dollars to
the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City, (c) A bequest
of five hundred dollars to St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of
the city of Baltimore, (d) A bequest of five hundred dollars to
St. Vincent's Orphan Asylum of the city of Baltimore, (e) A
bequest of five hundred dollars to the Oblate Sisters of Provi-
dence of the city of Baltimore, (f) A bequest of all the rest
and residue of the estate of said Mary O'Connell to Reverend
Father Dillon, pastor of St. Edwards Church; Reverend jGeorge
W. Devine, Pastor of Saint John's Church; Reverend Father
Foley, Pastor of Saint Paul's Church, and the Carmelite Sisters
of Baltimore, a body corporate.

5. To the grant and deed of certain land, with the improve-
ments thereon, from George I. Richardson and Mary Richard-
son, his wife, to the Edgewood Methodist Episcopal Church of
Lutherville, Baltimore county, the corporate name of which is
the Edgewood Methodist Episcopal Church of Lutherville,
Maryland, dated the 14th day of December, nineteen hundred
and six, said deed being recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore county, in the State of Maryland, in Liber W. P. C.
No. 307, folio 402, etc., deed conveying a lot of ground with the
improvements thereon, lying and being in the village of Luther-
ville, in said county and State, said lot containing about 6,950
square feet of land, more or less; with power to hold said land
in fee simple, and to sell, dispose of, mortgage or lease the same
or any part of the same.

6. To the following bequests passing under the last will and
testament of Mary C. Augusta, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased: (a) A bequest of three hundred dollars for a memorial
window to former Secretary of War, Edward Stanton, to be
