PRIVATE ACTS. 1239

erected in Saint Mary's P. E. Church, in the City of Washing-
ton, (b) A bequest of one hundred dollars for the sanctuary in
the chapel in Saint Francis Convent, in Baltimore, (c) A de-
vise and bequest of all the rest and residue of the estate of the
said Mary C. Augusta the Oblate Sisters of Providence of the
city of Baltimore.

7. To a grant and deed of certain land, with the improve-
ments thereon, from J. Fred. C. Talbott and Laura B. Talbott,
his wife, and Margaret W. Cockey, to Edgewood Methodist
Episcopal Church of Lutherville, Maryland, a body corporate,
dated the 15th day of December, 1909, said deed being recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore county, in the State of
Maryland, on the 22nd of December, 1909, and conveying a
lot of ground with the improvements thereon, lying and being
in the village of Lutherville in said county and State, said lot
containing one acre of land, more or less, with power to hold
said land in fee simple, subject to the condition set forth in
said deed, and to sell, dispose of, mortgage or lease the same or
any part of the same.

8. To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and tes
tament of Ann Rebecca Fout, late of Frederick county, de-
ceased, of all the rest and residue of her property and estate
to the Evangelical Reformed Church of Frederick, Maryland,
which said last will was duly admitted to probate by the Or-
phans' Court of said county, the said rest and residue, as shown
by the executor's account, amounting to five thousand nine
hundred and fifteen dollars and ninety-four cents.

9. To the devise and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah H. Leipe, late of Cecil county, deceased, to
the Presbyterian Home for Widows and Single Women in the
State of Pennsylvania.

10. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Nancy W. Smith, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated
the 8th day of June, 1908, and duly probated by the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City on the 14th day of November, 1908,
and now of record in the office of the Register of Wills of said
city in Wills, Liber B. E. S. No. 103, folio 438, etc., as fol-
lows : (a) A bequest of two of the one hundred parts of the rest
and residue of the estate of said deceased to John Wright and
the other trustees of the Reformed Presbyterian Congregation
of Baltimore, to be used by them as they see proper for the
benefit of said congregation; but in the event there was no Re-
formed Presbyterian Congregation in Baltimore at the time
said will was probated, then the said two parts was bequeathed
to the Trustees of the Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian
Church of North America, with the request that they be equally
