1894, and to Repeal Section 169, Chapter 302, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland Passed at the January Session
of 1892, and to Repeal Sections 158, 161, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167
and 170 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, Titile
'Worcester County,' Subtitle 'Ocean City,' and to Re-enact the
Same with Amendments for the Purpose of Reincorporating
Ocean City, in Worcester County," to follow immediately after
Section 19 of Said Chapter 528 of the Acts of 1898, to be desig-
nated as Section 19a, to read as follows:
19a. That from and after the 10th day. of April, 1910, all
rents accruing and becoming due and payable to the Mayor and
City Council of Ocean City for water furnished by said Mayor
and City Council from the municipal waterworks system shall
be deemed and considered and are hereby declared to be a tax
lien on the property for which the said water is supplied, and
shall be collectible as other taxes are collectible in said Ocean
City.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 239.
AN ACT for the protection of muskrats, otters and minks in
Worcester County and prohibiting trespass upon lands of
marshes in said county with intent to catch, trap or shoot
muskrats, otters or minks, and providing fines and penalties
for violation of same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That no preson shall trap, shoot or in any manner catch,
kill or wound any muskrats, otters or minks in Worcester
County between the first day of March and the fifteenth day of
December in each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating the
preceding section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace for said coun-
ty, shall be fined not less than twenty dollars, nor more than
thirty dollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail not exceed-
ing six months, or until the payment of said fines and costs,
one-half of said fine to be paid to the County Commissioners
for the use of the public schools of the county, and the other
half to the informer.
