CHAPTER 259.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 81 and 82 of Article 24 of the Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County," sub-
title "Circuit Court," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary
land, That Sections 81 and 82 of Article 24 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County," subtitle "Circuit
Court," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so to read as follows:

SECTION 81. And be it enacted, That there shall be four
terms of the Circuit Court for Worcester County to be held at
Snow Hill, commencing on the third Monday of January and
July and the fourth Monday of March and October in each
year.

SECTION 82. And be it enacted, That Juries shall be sum-
moned for the March and October terms only.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the first day of January, A. D. 1911.

CHAPTER 247.

AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter 528 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1898, entitled "An Act to re-
peal Chapter 128 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land Passed at the January Session of 1894, and to Repeal
Section 169, Chapter 302, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly Passed the Session of 1892, and to Repeal Sections 158,
161, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167 and 170 of Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Worcester County,' subtitle
'Ocean City,' and to Re-enact the Same with Amendments for
the Purpose of Reincorporating Ocean City, in Worcester
County," to follow immediately after Section 19 of said
Chapter 528, Acts of 1898, and to be designated as Section
19a, designed to make all water rents hereafter accruing to
the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City a tax and lien on
the property for which the water is supplied, to be collectible
as other municipal taxes are collected in Ocean City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Chapter
528 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1898, en-
titled "An Act to Repeal Chapter 128 of the Acts of the Gen-
