fully set forth.
100D. And be it further enacted, That all the provisions of
Chapter 409 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session 1872, entitled "An Act to define
and preserve the harbor of Crisfield and the Little Annamessex
River, in Somerset County," and Chapter 8 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session
1876, entitled "An Act to extend the building line in the harbor
of Crisfield, on the north side of the town of Crisfield, into
deep water so as to admit the erection of oyster houses along
the same," are hereby continued in force.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted by tJie General Assembly of Maryland,
That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage, and
to give bond as aforesaid, and said bond to be approved and re-
corded as aforesaid. In case of vacancy for any cause, in said
office, the Mayor shall appoint some person to fill the unexpired
term, the new appointee to be confirmed and to take the oath as
if originally appointed. The clerk may take the probate to any
account against said city and. administer oaths in any proceed-
ings, where an oath is necessary, had before the Council, or
Mayor, but shall receive no fee therefor.

CHAPTER 461.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 323 of the Acts of 1906, the same be-
ing an Act to encourage the destruction of hawks in Somer-
set County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 323 of the Acts of 1906, the same being an
Act to encourage the destruction of hawks in Somerset County,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
