Peach the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, and to pay
unto T. Van Clagett the sum of fifty dollars for services ren-
dered as aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 31.
AN ACT to provide for the codification of all the Local Laws
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland relating to
and affecting Prince George's County, Maryland, authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Prince George's County
to levy a sum to pay for the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Marion Duckett and Thomas Van Claggett, both
of Prince George's county, are hereby authorized to codify all
Local Laws enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland re-
lating to and affecting Prince George's county, including such
as may be passed by the General Assembly of 1910. Upon the
completion of their work and the filing of a typewritten copy
thereof with the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County the said County Commissioners are hereby authorized
to present the same to a member of the General Assembly of
1012 for proper enactment.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That at the levy term next suc-
ceeding the passage of this Act, the County Commissioners of
said county are hereby authorized and directed to levy the
sum of three hundred and-fifty dolars and to pay the same
over to the said Marion Duckett and Thomas Van Claggett,
each one hundred and seventy-five dollars upon their filing
with the said County Commissioners and their acceptance
thereof of the said codification.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 28.
AN ACT to provide for the erection and equipment of a public
high-school house in the Fourth, Eighth or Eleventh Election
Districts of Prince George's County, State of Maryland, and
for the issuing of bonds for the payment of the same.
