45. To the following bequests and devises contained in the
last Will and Testament of Margaret Flannagan, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, as the said last Will and
Testament is recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 252, etc.,
one of the records for recording Wills in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland, viz: (a)
"Sixthly—One thousand dollars to James Cardinal Gibbons,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, Maryland, Cor-
poration Sole or his successor in office. I direct said Corpora-
tion to give this $1,000.00 to the pastor of St. John's Catholic-
Church, in the City of Frederick, Maryland, for the benefit of
said church." (b) Eightly—All the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate, I give devise and bequeath to James
Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore,
Maryland, Corporation Sole and his successor in office. I
direct said remainder to be given to the pastor of St. John's
Church, in the City of Frederick, Maryland, for the benefit
of said church."

46. To the grant of thirty-six square perches of land made
by Jerome Koontz and Cornelia R. Koontz, his wife, to the
Trustees of the Saint Mary's Reformed Congregation, at
Silver Run, Carroll County, Maryland, by deed dated May
2nd, 1916, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll
County, in Liber E. O. C. No. 129, folio 173, etc.

47. To the bequest of the sum of two hundred dollars
($200.00) to the Trustees of St. Mary's Reformed Church of
Silver Run, Carroll County, Maryland, as contained in last
Will and Testament of Susan C. Leister, late of Carroll Coun-
ty, deceased, said Will being dated October 12th, 1908, duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
and recorded among the Will Records of Carroll County, in
Liber W. A. No. 12, folio 50, etc.

48. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple by Thomas
M. Lanahan to the Tyson Colored Methodist Protestant
Church of Baltimore County, a body corporate, duly incor-
porated under the laws of the State of Maryland, of a certain
tract of land described as follows: Beginning for the same
on the east side of the Falls Turnpike Road at the southeast
corner of a lot of ground leased by Thomas M. Lanahan and
wife to Rev. Edward W. Scott, and running thence easterly
and binding on the southernmost outline of said Scott's lot two
hundred and twenty feet to the southeast corner of said Scott's
lot, and thence southerly and parallel to the Falls Turnpike
