County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 427,
etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County, of one-half of all her property
and estate, after the same has been converted into money and
after the death of both George F. Burkhart, her husband, and
Nell Lane Burkhart, her daughter, in the event that the said
Nell Lane Burkhart leave no issue to take the said property,
unto Zion Reformed Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.

40. To the bequest and devise contained in the last Will
and Testament of Louis C. Michel, late of Washington Coun-
ty, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 439, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County, of the one-third of the rest and resi-
due of his estate, after the death ojf his widow to St. John's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Martinsburg, West Virginia.

41. To the bequest and devise contained in the last Will
and Testament of Ann R. Ubrich, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 441, etc., of
the residue and remainder of the estate over which she had
the power of disposition unto the Trustees of the [Members of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Hagerstown Station
(known as Saint Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church at Hag-
erstown, Maryland).

42. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Rebecca Rouskulp, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 444, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County, of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) unto
Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hagerstown.

43. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of C. Helen Marr, late of Washington County, deceased,
of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 458, etc., one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills for Wash-
ington County, of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to St. Mark's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.

44. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Susan Hamburg, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 470, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County of the rest and residue of the proceeds of
the sale of her estate, real and personal, unto St. Paul's
Methodist Episcopal Church, located on North Potomac Street,
in Hagerstown, Maryland.
