Road one hundred feet to a lot now owned by Anton Spath,
and thence westerly and parallel to the first line in this de-
scription two hundred and twenty feet to the east side of the
Falls Turnpike Road, and thence northerly and binding on the
east side of the Falls Turnpike Road one hundred feet to the
place of beginning, said deed bearing date January 2nd, 1906,
and being recorded .among the Land Records of Baltimore
County, in Liber W. P. C. No. 295, folio 61, etc.

49. To the following deed from John H. Wierts and
Bertha Wierts, his wife to the Chesapeake Conference Asso-
ciation of Seventh Day Adventists, dated March 21st, 1918,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City.

50. To the following deed from John P. Brandon and
Lillie R. Brandon, his wife, to The First Seventh Day Ad-
ventists Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, dated October
28th, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 2776, folio 122, etc,

51. To the following deed from the First Seventh Day
Adventists Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, to the Chesa-
peake Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists,
dated March 18th, 1918, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City.

52. To the following deed from the Walbrook Park Perm-
anent Building Association to the Chesapeake Conference
Association of Seventh Day Adventists, dated November 30th,
1917, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3173, folio 399, etc.

53. To the grant of two lots or parcels of ground in the
town of Sykesville, Carroll County, Maryland, as described in
and conveyed by deed from Wade H. D. Warfield and wife to
George Schrode and others, Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist
Episcopal Church, Sykesville, Maryland, dated December 9th,
1916, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll Coun-
ty, in Liber E. O. C. No. 129, folio 384.

54. To the following deeds to the Baltimore Baptist
Church Extension Society j a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, viz: (a) To a deed from the Trustees of the Fuller
Memorial Baptist Church of Baltimore, a body corporate of
the State of Maryland, dated September 30th, 1905, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
R. O. No. 2200, folio 506; (b) To a deed from the Parkway
Building Company of Baltimore City, dated June 29th, 1908,
