Wills for Washington County, viz: (a) To the bequest of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) to Evangelical Lutheran Church
Zion of Middletown, Frederick County, Maryland, the income
therefrom to be used in caring for burial lot owned by testator
in Lutheran Cemetary of that place; (b) To the bequest of
four hundred dollars ($400.00) to Quincy United Brethern
Orphanage and Home of Franklin County, State .of Pennsyl-
vania; (c) To the bequest of three hundred dollars ($300.00)
to the Saint Paul Church of the United Brethern in Christ
of Hagerstown, Maryland.
36. To the bequest of fifty dollars ($50.00) contained in
the last Will and Testament of Marshall O. Turner, late of
Washington County, deceased, to the Trustees of St. Paul's
Cemetery, the same to be invested and proceeds thereof to be
used for the upkeep of his burial lot, said Will being of record
in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 368, etc., one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
37. To the following bequest contained in the last Will
and Testament of Eva D. McCleery, late of Washington Coun-
ty, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 388, etc,,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County, viz:" (a) To the bequest of fifty dol-
lars ($50.00) unto Rev. Theodore D. Mead, Pastor in charge
of St. Bernard Catholic Church at Waverly, Maryland, for the
celebration of masses for the repose of testatrix's soul; (b)
To the bequest of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) t6
the Pastor and Assistant in charge at the time of testatrix'
death of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, for the celebrating of masses for the repose of testatrix'
soul; (o) To the bequest of one hundred and fifty dollars
($150.00) unto the Frederick Academy of the Visitation in
Frederick, Maryland.
38. To the bequest of five hundred dollars ($500.00) con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Emma C. Gumbert,
late of Washington County, deceased, unto Consistory of Zion
Reformed Church of Hagerstown, the income of which is to
be used in keeping the graveyard in repair and good condition,
said Will being of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 399,
etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County.
39. To the bequest and devise contained in the last Will
and Testament of Sophia B. C. Burkhart, late of Washington
