31. To the bequest of five hundred dollars ($500.00) con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Key Arm-
strong, late of Washington County, deceased, to the Trustees
of the Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown, the same to be
held and invested by them and the annual income therefrom
to be used by said Trustees for the benefit of the Sunday School
connected with said Presbyterian Church at Hagerstown; said
Will being recorded in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 245, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County.
32. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100.00) con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Mary E. Gsell, late
of Washington County, deceased, to the Mennonnite Church
at Clearspring, Maryland, to be invested by the officers of said
church and the interest thereof applied by the said officers in
keeping in proper order the cemetery attached to said church
for all time to come; said Will being recorded in "Wills,"
Liber "M," folio 270, etc., one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
33: To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Laura V. Pohl, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 314, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County, viz: (a) To the bequest of twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) unto the Catholic Church at Hammonton,
Atlantic County, New Jersey; (b) To the bequest of fifty dol-
lars ($50.00) to the Catholic Church at West Berlin, State of
New Jersey; (c) To the bequest of fifty dollars ($50.00) to
Saint Mary's Catholic Church at Hagerstown, Maryland.
34. To the bequest of two hundred dollars ($200.00) con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Frederick Filsinger,
late of Washington County, deceased, unto the Council of
Mount Tabor Angelical Lutheran Church, of Fairview, Wash-
ington County, Maryland, in trust nevertheless, to hold and
invest the same and us© the income therefrom in keeping up
testator's burial lot, and the balance of the said income, if any,
to be used in keeping up the general graveyard of said church;
said Will being of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 335,
etc.; one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County.
35. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of William H. Routzahn, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 343,
