EMERSON C. HARRINGTON, GOVERNOR. 929

Wise, Fifteenth and Race Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
is Treasurer, to be known as "The Kate C. Rudy Church
Building Fund" of the Reformed Church in the United
States of America, as the said bequest is contained in the last
Will and Testament of Kate C. Rudy, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, deceased, recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio
411, one of the Will Records of Frederick County, Maryland:

28. To the bequest of the sum of one thousand dollars
($1,000.00), six hundred dollars ($600.00) of said amount
in trust, contained in the last Will and Testament of John A.
C. Bowlus, late of Frederick County, Maryland, to the Coun-
cil of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Middletown, Fred-
erick County, Maryland, which Will is recorded in Liber S.
D. T. No. 2, folio 467, one of the Will Records of Frederick
County, Maryland.

29. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Ellen S. Ridgely, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, which will is recorded in Liber S. D. T.
No. 2, folio 424, one of the Will Records of Frederick County,
Maryland, viz: (a) To the bequest of the sum of five hundred
dollars ($500.00) unto the Bethany Orphans' Home, Womels-
dorf, Pennsylvania; (b) To the bequest of the sum of five
hundred dollars ($500.00) unto the Board of Home Missions
of the Reformed Church in the United States of which J. S.
Wise, Fifteenth and Race Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
is the Treasurer, to be known as "The Ellen S. Ridgely
Church Building Fund" of the Reformed Church in the
United States; (c) To the bequest -contained in the codicil to
said Will of the sum of six hundred dollars ($600.00) to the
Consistory of Christ Reformed Church of Middletown, Fred-
erick County, Maryland.

30. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Mary L. Anderdonk, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "M," folio 206,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County, viz: (a) To the bequest of two hun-
dred dollars ($200.00) to the Domestic and Foreign Mission-
ary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United
States of America, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for use in
Domestic Missions and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for use
in Foreign Missions; (b) To the bequest of one hundred dol-
lars ($100.00) to the Mission of Lepers in India and the
East American Auxiliary at 158 Fifth Avenue, New York.
