23. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Christian H. Meyers, late of Frederick
County, State of Maryland, deceased, the said last Will and
Testament being duly admitted to probate and duly filed in
Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 341, one of the records for record-
ing Wills in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick
County, Maryland, viz: (a) Unto the Trustees of Israels
Creek Methodist Episcopal Church of Walkersville, Maryland,
the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00); (b) Unto the
Trustees of the Woodsboro Cemetery, at Woodsboro, Mary-
land, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
24. To the following bequests made by and contained in,
the last Will and Testament of Martha J. Porter, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, duly recorded in Liber S.
D. T. No. 2, folio 452, one of the record books for recording
wills in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, viz: (a) To the Protestant Episcopal Orphan-
age of Frederick City, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) ;
(b) To All Saints Protestant Episcopal Church, the sum of
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) ; (c) To Ascension Memorial
Protestant Episcopal Church, New York City, New York, the
sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) ; (d) To the Board
of Trustees of the Frederick Presbyterian Church, the sum of
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
25. To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in the-
last Will and Testament of Ann E. R. Beachley, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, to the consistory of Christ
Reformed Church of Middletown, Frederick County, Mary-
land, which Will is recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Frederick County, Maryland, in Liber S. D. T. No.
2, folio 404, one of the Wills Records of Frederick County,
Maryland.
26. To the bequest of one hundred dollars contained in
the last Will and Testament of Kate C. Rudy, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, to the Consistory of Christ
Reformed Church of Middletown, Frederick County, Mary-
land, which Will is recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio
411, one of the Wills of Frederick County, Maryland.
27. To the bequest of the sum of five hundred dollars.
($500.00) to the Board of Home Missions of the Reformed
