September 2nd, 1905, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County, in Liber W. P. C. No. 295, folio 248,

etc.

21. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Margaret F. Devitt, late of Frederick City,
Frederick County, State of Maryland, deceased, the said Will

being filed and recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 385,

etc., one of the records for recording Wills in the office of the
Register of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland, viz: (a)
To the Rev. Thomas Freeman Dixson of Frederick City,
Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) ; (b)
To the Trustees of the Frederick Presbyterian Church the fol-
lowing bequests, to wit: "My weekly deposits or stock in the
Frekericktown Savings Institution amounting to twenty-two
hundred and nine dollars ($2,209.00), to be held in trust by
hem and the income therefrom shall be applied for the benefit

of said church and to the maintenance of my pew therein,

which shall be known as the David B. Devitt pew, in memory of

my father" and also to the Trustees of the Frederick Presby-
terian Church the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) in
trust, to be safely invested by them and the income applied for
the benefit of the Sunday School connected with said Church.

22. To the following bequests contained in the last Will

and Testament of George E. Hankey, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, State of Maryland, deceased, which said Will is recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Fredrick County in
Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 315, viz: (a) To the bequest of
twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) to Woodstock College, in
Baltimore County, Maryland, (correct name The Woodstock
College of Baltimore County, Maryland,) a body corporate of
the State of Maryland, after the death of M. Willimina Han-
key, now deceased; (b) To the bequest and devise of all the

rest and residue of the estate of the said George E. Hankey,
deceased, unto Saint Mary's Orphan Asylum of Baltimore
City (full name, Saint Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of
Baltimore City), a body corporate of the State of Maryland;
(c) To the legacies or bequests unto "Saint John's Literary
Institution," a body corporate of the State of Maryland, under
the last Will and Testament of the said George E. Hankey,
deceased, which provides as follows: "Should any legacy or
bequest lapse or fail to vest by reason of the legatee or devisee
being incapable, in law, of taking, holding or receiving the
same, then I give, devise and bequeath such legacy or devise
