on the said alley forty-seven feet six inches, and thence north-
easterly one hundred and twenty-one feet, to the place of be-
ginning, to Miskan Israel Congregation, a body corporate, duly
incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, by
Mary S. Cunningham, and others, by their deed dated April
25th, 1916, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3049, folio 171, etc., and
that the fee simple title to said lot vest absolutely in said cor-
poration, its successors and assigns, to its own and there own
use and behoof.

19. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Susan R. Waskey, late of Frederick County. Mary-
land, deceased, said Will being dated May 6th, 1910, probated
August 4th, 1917, and recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio
398, one of the books for recording Wills in Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, the said bequest being as follows, to wit: "I
give and bequeath to the Trustees of Saint Matthew's Re-
formed Congregation of the Manor Charge Classes of Mary-
land Synod of the Potomac Reformed Church in the United
States, a body corporated, the sum of three hundred dollars
($300.00), in trust, to hold and invest the same and apply
the income therefrom in the first place to the care and mainte-
nance of the family burial lot in which my deceased husband,
Eli C. Waakey, is buried in the cemetary belonging to the
said corporation, and in which said lot it is my Will and de-
sire that I shall also be buried; the balance, if any, of my
income from the said sum of three hundred dollars not re-
quired for the care and maintenance of said lot to be applied
to the payment of the salary of the pastor of the said Saint
Matthew's Reformed Congregation."

20. To the following grants, deeds and conveyances of land
from Evan Davis and J. Brasman Davis, of Baltimore County,
Maryland, to the Trustees of the Particular Primitive Baptist
Church, at Black Rock, a body corporate, viz: (a) To the
grant and conveyance of one acre, one rood and twenty square
perches of land, more or less, made by Evan Davis to John H.
Ensor and others, trustees of said body corporate by deed
dated on or about July 30th, 1881, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland, in Liber W.
M. T. No. 124, folio 58, etc.; (b) To the grant and convey-
ance of one hundred and four square perches of land, more or
less, made by J. Brasman Davis, son of the said Evan Davis, to
the Trustees of said body corporate, by deed dated on or about
