SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 413.

AN ACT to repeal 'Chapter 542 of the Acts of 1916, entitled
"An Act to repeal Chapter 579 of the Acts of 1914 of the
General Assembly of Maryland, entitled 'An Act for the
further protection of wild fowl in the State of Maryland,'
and to re-enact the-same with amendments.

CHAPTER 414.

AN ACT to extend to April 1, 1918, the muskrat season in
Somerset County for the current year.

CHAPTER 415.

AN ACT to require Justices of the Peace of Garrett County

to give bond.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That every Justice of the Peace of Garrett County,
Maryland, be and he is hereby required to give bond in the
sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for the faithful per-
formance of his duties and for the proper accounting of all
funds which may come into his hands, said bond to be filed
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County, payable to
the State of Maryland for the use of those who may be entitled
thereunder and to be acceptable to said Clerk.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1918.
