CHAPTER 416.

AN ACT to repeal Section 33 of Article 9 of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Attachments,"
sub-title "Attachments for Wages or Hire," so far as said
section applies to Garrett, Worcester and Dorchester Coun-
ties, and re-enact said section with amendments, said section
as re-enacted to apply to Garrett County.

CHAPTER 417.

AN ACT to repeal Section 245 of Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Corporations," sub-title "Mining
Companies."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 245 of Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 418.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 733
of the Acts of 1914, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Section 37 of Chapter 120 of the Acts of
1900, entitled An Act to repeal Chapter 231 of the laws of
1898, entitled An Act to confer on the Chesapeake Beach
Railway Company the powers, rights and franchises granted
to the Washington and Chesapeake Beach Railway Company
by Chapter 245 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An Act to in-
corporate the town of Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County
and to re-enact said Chapter 245 of the Acts of 1894 with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 733 of the Acts of 1914, entitled "An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 37 of Chapter
120 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An Act to repeal Chapter
