92. To the gift and bequest contained in the last Will and
Testament of Eliza J. Stocksdale, late of Carroll County, State
of Maryland, deceased, to the Women's Foreign Missionary
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Incorporated,
under the laws of the State of New York, the rest, residue and
remainder of her estate, said Will being recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Carroll County, in Liber W. A, No.
12, folio 129, etc.

93. To the gift and bequest contained in the last Will and
Testament of Eliza J. Stocksdale, late of Carroll County, State
of Maryland, deceased, to the Women's Foreign Missionary
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Incorporated,
under the laws of the State of New York, the sum of five thou-
sand dollars, said Will being recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Carroll County, in Liber W. A. No. 12,
folio 129, etc.

94. To the gift and bequest contained in the last Will and
Testament of Eliza J. Stocksdale, late of Carroll County, State
of Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of the Bethel Methodist
Episcopal Church at Sam's Creek, Frederick County, Mary-
land, and to their successors in trust, the sum of two hundred
dollars ($200.00), said Will being recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Carroll County, in Liber W. A. No. 12,
folio 129, etc.

95. To the gifts and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Willicam C. Schuchardt, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to the General German Aged People's Home
of Baltimore City and the General German Orphan Associa-
tion of Baltimore City, respectively, each for the sum of two
hundred and fifty dollars, said Will being recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

96. To the deed and sale of a piece of property formerly
used for a parsonage by the Chesapeake Conference Associa-
tion of Seventh Day Adventists, a body corporate under the
laws of the State of Delaware, to Amelia V. Huson, which was
granted by deed dated April 26th, 1917, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
3125, folio 404, &c.

97. To the gift and bequest of the sum of one thousand
dollars to the "Board of Trustees of Taylor's Chapel in Balti-
more County," a body corporate duly incorporated, by Ann
P. D. Taylor, late of Baltimore County, deceased, by Item 1
of her Last Will and Testament, dated the 19th day of Sep-
