the office of the Register of Wills for Wicomico County, Mary-
land, in Wills, Liber J. W. D., No. 1, folio 25, to the Trustees
of Jerusalem Methodist Episcopal Church of Parsonsburg,
Maryland, a corporation of the State of Maryland, and their
successors in office, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars,
to be invested by the Trustees of Jerusalem Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Parsonsburg, Maryland, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, and their successors in office, at their dis-
cretion, in some good, safe and sound investment, and to use
the income arising from said investment annually as follows:
Two-thirds of said income towards paying the salary of the
Pastor of said Church, and one-third of said income towards
paying the salary of the Pastor of the Wesley Methodist Epis-
copal Church at Wango, Wicomico County, Maryland; pro-
vided that in the event that the said Wesley Methodist Episco-
pal Church should for any reason be discontinued, then the
whole of said income to be applied towards paying of the
salary of the Pastor of the said Jerusalem Methodist Episco-
pal Church; and provided, that in the event that the said
Jerusalem Methodist Episcopal Church should be discontinued
then the said sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars be given
in accordance with said Will to the Board of Foreign Mis-
sions of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a corporation.
90. To the deed and conveyance to Church Extension So-
ciety of Diocese of Maryland, Incorporated, from John M.
Dennis and wife, dated March 15th, 1918, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County, State of Mary-
land, or intended to' be recorded among said Land Records, of
five lots or parcels of ground designated on a plat of "Ruxton
Heights" as Lots Nos. 87, 88, 89, 90 and 130, said plat being
recorded among the records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of said County in Plat Book J. W. S. No. 1, folio 64, and
being the same property described and referred to in a Deed
from Sarah R. Olivier and husband to said John M. Dennis,
dated the 18th of December, 1917, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber W. P. C.
No. 493, folio 354.
91. To the bequest of Addie Baile Nusbaum of the sum of
one hundred and fifty dollars, to the Trustees of the Bethel
Methodist Episcopal Church, in Carroll County, State of Mary-
land, to be held in trust for the purpose of keeping the grave-
yard of the said Church, and the graves of Frances Baile and
Abnor Baile, in repair and good condition.
