street, at the respective distances of 140 feet 6 inches and 154
feet 6 inches northwest of an alley ten feet wide, laid out
parallel with and ninety feet north of Twentieth street, the im-
provements on said lots being now respectively known as No.
2015 and 2017 Robb street, said deed bearing date of Sep-
tember 5th, 1913, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2843, folio 409, &c.

75. To the sale, grant and deed executed by Margaret G.
Neale, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of the Seventh Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore" of a lot of ground in Baltimore City,
State of Maryland, the improvements on said lot being now
known as No. 1731 Moreland avenue, said deed bearing date
of May 3rd, 1913, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2816, folio 533, &c.

76. To the sale, grant and deed executed by The Mortimer
W. West Realty Company to the "Trustees of the Seventh
Baptist Chruch of Baltimore" of a lot of ground in Baltimore
County, State of Maryland, the improvements on said lot being
now known as No. 4218 Fernhill avenue, said deed bearing

date of August 15th, 1910, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 306., folio
117, &c.

77. To the bequest under the Last Will and Testament of
Catherine Jones, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore City, said Will
being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Wills, Liber H. W. J. No. 116, Folio 201.

78. To the gift and bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Margaret L. Wheeler, late of Harford Coun-
ty, State of Maryland, deceased, to the Deer Creek Methodist
Protestant Church, near Chestnut Hill, in Harford County,
State of Maryland, or to any Trustee or Corporation holding
the same, the sum of one hundred dollars, to be invested and,
if necessary, reinvested, in a first mortgage or real estate in
Harford County, State of Maryland, and the income therefrom
to be used for keeping in order the lot in the cemetery attached
to said church in which the father and mother of the deceased

are buried.

79. To the bequest named in the residuary clause of the
Last Will and Testament of Cordelia Wilson Hale, late of
Baltimore County, State of Maryland, deceased, to the trustees
of the Fork Methodist Episcopal Church of Long Green Cir-
