69. To the sale, grant and deed, executed by Charles D.
Rowles, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of the Seventh
Baptist Church of Baltimore" of a lot of ground in Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, the improvements on said lot being
now known as No. 2920 Guilford avenue, said deed bearing
date of August 4th, 1913, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2837, folio 173.

70. To the sale, grant and deed, executed by Mary Aline
Neale, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of the Seventh
Baptist Church of Baltimore," of a lot of ground in Balti-
more City, State of Maryland, the improvements on said lot
being now known as No. 1915 Thirty-first street, said deed
bearing date of July 25th, 1913, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2835, folio
338, &c.

71. To the sale, grant and deed, executed by Charles Tyler
and wife, of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, to the "Trus-
tees of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore," of a lot
of ground in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, the improve-
ments on said lot being now known as No. 924 Harris alley,
said deed bearing date of May 22nd, 1882, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber F. A. P. No. 933,
folio 255, &c.

72. To the grant and mortgage executed by J. Barry Ma-
hool and wife, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of the
Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore" of a lot of ground in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, situated on the east side
of Maryland avenue 284 feet north of Twenty-fourth street,
the improvements on said lot of ground being known as No.
2437 Maryland avenue, said mortgage bearing date of Octo-
ber 2nd, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. O. No. 2278, folio 22, &c.

73. To the sale, grant and deed executed by Frank O.
Singer, Jr., and wife, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of
the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore," cf a lot of ground
in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, the improvements on
said lot being now known as No. 348 Ilchester avenue, said
deed bearing date of November 14th, 1916, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3093, folio 548, &c.

74. To the sale, grant and deed executed by Thomas H.
Disney, of Baltimore City, to the "Trustees of the Seventh
