cuit, Baltimore County, in the State of Maryland, a body cor-
porate, to be held by said trustees and successors and assigns,
under the conditions and provisions of the said Last Will and
Testament, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills, Liber H. W. J. No. 126, folio 608.

80. To the bequests and gifts' contained in the Last Wilt
and Testament of Mrs. Elizabeth S. Williams, probated in
the office of the Register of Wills for Wicomico County, State
of Maryland, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
in Wills, Liber J. W. D. No. 1, folios 197 and 196, to the
Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Salisbury, Salisbury,
Maryland, a corporation of the State of Maryland: (a) The
sum of five hundred dollars in cash, to be invested by the said
Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Salisbury, Maryland,
and the income therefrom to be used in keeping in order and
maintaining the lot of the said Mrs. Elizabeth S. Williams in
Parsons Cemetery, in Salisbury, Maryland, where the de-
ceased husband of the said Mrs. Elizabeth S. Williams is
buried, the said bequest appearing in the first item of said
Will; (b) The sum of one thousand dollars in cash, to be
invested by the said Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of
Salisbury, Maryland, and the income therefrom to be used
towards the payment of the salary of the pastor of said
church, the said bequest appearing in the second item of said
will; (c) The sum of five hundred dollars in cash to the said
Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Salisbury, to have
and to hold the same and invest it in some safe investment
and to pay over each and every year the annual income or
proceeds from said investment to the Woman's Home Mis-
sionary Society of the Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church
of Salisbury, Maryland, the said Society being an auxiliary
to the Woman's Home Missionary Society of the Wilmington
Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, the said aux-
iliary to use and appropriate the said income as it may deem
best for the promotion of the objects and purposes of the said
auxiliary society. If at any time the said auxiliary society shall
become incorporated, then and in that event the said Asbury
Methodist Episcopal Church of Salisbury is to hand over and
deliver to the said Auxiliary Society all the money and invest-
ments that may be in its hands from this bequest, and the re-
ceipt of the Treasurer of the said Auxiliary Society, if incor-
porated, shall be a sufficient discharge therefor, the said be-
quest appearing in the third item of said Will.
