64. To the acquisition and holding by the Church Exten-
sion Society of the Maryland Annual Conference of the Meth-
odist Protestant Church of the lot of ground and premises in
the City of Baltimore, situated at the northwest corner of
Falls Road and 42nd street, described in a deed from the
Frank Novak Realty Company to said Church Extension So-
ciety of the Maryland Annual Conference, dated November
27th, 1917, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3172, folio 104.

65. To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by the
Roland Park Company of Baltimore City to the "Trustees of
the Seventh Baptist Church" of Baltimore," of a lot in Balti-
more County, Maryland, on the northwest side of Roland ave-
nue, parts of lots numbers 2, 3 and 4, Block 21, Plat No. 1,
of Roland Park, said deed bearing date February 19th, 1902,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber N. B. M. No. 259, folio 229.

66. To the sale, grant and deed executed by the Webb-
White Company to the "Trustees of the Seventh Baptist
Church of Baltimore" of a lot in Baltimore County, Mary-
land, on the northwest side of Catalpha Road four hundred
and eighty feet northeast of Ailsa avenue, being lots seven-
teen and eighteen of Ailsa Terraces, said deed bearing date
of September 8th, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 387, folio 47.

67. To the deed of a lot of ground in Baltimore County,
Maryland, on the northwest side of Catalpha Road four hun-
dred and eighty feet northeast of Ailsa avenue, being lots
seventeen and eighteen of Ailsa Terraces, from the "Trustees
of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore" to Henry Bus-
selberg, said deed bearing date of September 15th, 1916, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County on
September 18th, 1916, whereby the yearly rent of $60.00 is-
suing out of said lot was redeemed and extinguished by the
said deed.

68. To the sale, grant and deed executed by the Lafayette
Mill and Lumber Company of Baltimore City to the "Trus-
tees of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore" of a lot of
ground in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, the improve-
ments on said lot being now known as No. 1419 Madison ave-
nue, said deed bearing date of January 31st, 1912, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2716, folio 382, &c.
