ground, in said City, described in said Deed, dated March 4th,
1874, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber G. R. No. 648, folio 71, etc.
41. To the deed to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of the
First English Reformed Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, from the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of the
German Reformed Congregation of Baltimore Town, a body
corporate, conveying certain lots of ground in said City, de-
scribed in said Deed, dated July 8th, 1867, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber G. R.
No. 361, folio 89, etc.
42. To the deed to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of
the German Reformed Congregation of Baltimore Town, a
body corporate, from James R. Andre, conveying certain lots
of ground in Baltimore City, described in said Deed, dated
July 27th, 1866, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber A. M., No. 311, folio 4, etc,
43. To the sub-lease to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees
of the German Reformed Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, from George W. Robinson, conveying certain
lots of ground in said City, described in said Deed, dated May
1st, 1868, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber G. R. No. 373, folio 497, etc.
44. To the Deed to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of
the First English Reformed Congregation of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, from Jacob Miller, conveying certain lots of
ground in said City, described in said Deed, dated September
24th, 1867, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber A. M., No. 351, folio 225, etc.
45. To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of William H. Hahn, late of the State of Maryland,
deceased, to the Trustees of Trinity Reformed Church, Man-
chester, Carroll County, Maryland, and to their successors in
trust, the ground rents to the value of five hundred and twenty-
five dollars.
46. To the gift and bequest of the sum of one hundred dol-
lars to "St. John's of Baltimore," the corporation of the church
known as St. John's-Emmanuel Episcopal Church, South, a
religious congregation in the City of Baltimore, by Mary Doll,
late of said city, now deceased, by item1 four of the Last Will
