34. To the deed to the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate, from James Young, conveying certain lots of ground
in said city, described in said deed, dated April 13th, 1887,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber J. B. No. 1136, folio 314, &c.

35. To the deed to the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate, from James Young, conveying certain lots of ground
in said city described in said deed, dated July 21st, 1886, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. B. No. 1102, folio 244, &c.

36. To the deed to the Waters Chapel African Methodist
Episcopal Church of the City of Baltimore, a body corporate,
from the Trustees of Oheh Jacob Vishayer Hebrew Congre-
gation of Baltimore City, a body corporate, conveying certain
lots of ground in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland,
and described in said deed dated April 25th; 1902, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1954, folio 264, &c.

37. To the deed to the Trustees of Oheh Jacob Vishayer
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
from the Trustees of the Aisquith Street Presbyterian Church
in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, conveying certain
lots of ground in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland,
and described in said deed dated April 25th, 1902, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1954, folio 257, &c.

38. To the bequest contained in the sixth item of the Last
Will and Testament of Clara I. Turner, deceased, of the sum
of five hundred dollars to the West Nottingham Presbyterian
Church of Cecil County.

39. To the deed to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of
the First English Reformed Congregation of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, from the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of
the German Reformed Congregation of Baltimore Town, con-
veying certain lots of ground in said city described in said
deed, dated July 8th, 1867, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber A. M. No. 342, folio
335, &c.

40. To the deed to the German Reformed Zion Congrega
tion of Baltimore, a body corporate, from the Elders, Deacons
