bert E. Groh, by their deed dated the tenth day of August,
1917, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Anne Arundel County, in Liber G. W. No. 140,
folio 70, of the Land Records of said County, and that fee
simple title vest absolutely in said "Pasadena Methodist Epis-
copal Church, South," its successors and assigns, to its own
and their own use and behoof.

30. To the deed of conveyance from James Clendenin to
the Trustees of the Aisquith Street Presbyterian Church of
the City of Baltimore, conveying all that lot of ground known
as No. 1744 East North avenue, in Baltimore City, and more
fully mentioned and described in said deed dated August 15th,
1917, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3150, folio 121, &c., subject to an
annual rent of ninety dollars. Full power is hereby given to
the said Trustees of the Aisquith Street Presbyterian Church
of the City of Baltimore to hold, sell, mortgage, rent, lease,
convey, or in any other manner to dispose of and use the said
lot of ground.

31. To the deed to the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of the
First English Reformed Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, from the Elders, Deacons and Trustees of the
German Reformed Congregation of Baltimore Town, a body
corporate, conveying certain lots of ground in said city, de-
scribed in said Deed, dated March 28th, 1876, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber G. R.
No. 735, folio 523, &c.

32. To the deed to the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Balitmore. a body cor-
porate, from the Permanent Land Company of the City of
Baltimore, conveying certain lots of ground in said city, de-
scribed in said Deed, dated June 26 1886, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1102,
folio 365, &c.

33. To the deed to the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate, from the German Reformed Zion Congregation of
Baltimore, a body corporate, conveying certain lots of ground
in said city, described in said Deed, dated October 25th, 1880,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber F. A. P. No. 881, folio, 488, &c.
